Providing false or misleading information — including false date of birth, address, or identity documentation — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 12cuci will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. You must notify 12cuci immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 12cuci support. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following successful identity verification, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations.
